Japan is a beer lovers dream! So cheap! Medium sourness. Tart cherries. Light barnyard funk. Sherbet, lemon, balsamic vinegar. Crisp, dry finish. Beautifully balanced. Bench mark sour for sure. So enjoyable.

Aroma is oaky, funky and cherry. Mouthfeel is alright. The flavour is very oaky. But also tart, sweet, funky, dry, fruity and cherry of course. The oakiness is a little strong in the start, du balances out over time.

Scent og sour nectarine. Lovely fresh fruity taste! Almost like candy. It’s hard to discripe the taste. Maybe like s blend og nectarine and cherry.

Вкусно, ничего не скажешь.. Умеют-могут. Ароматика навоза и скотного двора, во вкусе неудержимая дикая вишня. Кислотность умеренная на удивление.
