Bottled Jan 30 2019 - bone dry with a hint of sweet and cherry. Not overly puckery. Very impressed and saves a detour to Belgium on this trip 😂

Draft always has more cherry pie and less vinegar. Nice pie crust malt supports oak, sweet cherry, and musty attic. Such a treat to have a really fruit-forward vintage. Pardon Me, Madame, Do You Have A Moment For Fancy Man Rights?

Frisse kers, appeltjes, vanille hout. Smaak ook wat mout, zacht en heerlijk fris zuur en bitter. Vleugje kaneel.
