Absolutely fantastic. Flat, no bubbles. Light tartness and a massive body. Should have bought more to age!

2021. No brett or yeast character. Plain fruit, raspberry flavor with a bit too much sweetness.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2022) Kristoffersson
Sweet upfront, to later become drier and puckering sour. Fantastic balance between the cherries' tannins, malt sweetness and funk from the spontaneous fermentation.
