Tangy red wine note over top of a malty backbone. Seems more oxidized than the base beer. Pretty mellow.

Draft always has more cherry pie and less vinegar. Nice pie crust malt supports oak, sweet cherry, and musty attic. Such a treat to have a really fruit-forward vintage. Pardon Me, Madame, Do You Have A Moment For Fancy Man Rights?

Drink'in Berliner BA Red Wine B
Fuck you, Mikkel. Rancid butter, box wine, some oxidation. This is really quite bad. Taste is sort of watery which is a modest improvement.

Picking up a cherry balsamic note. Very bright stone fruit and mineral. Almost brackish finish. Thanks Komal P.

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2012) B
Starting to develop some malty oxidized flavors. Still very funky, with cheese rind and mushroom notes, and mild acid. Best before 2035 is a bit optimistic.

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout (2020) B
Big wood and whiskey notes. Roasty, classic non-additive stout with big flavor and good balance.

This has aged pretty gracefully. Malted grains with a nice bourbon kick.

Roasty, dark chocolate, Euro flavor profile with fusel bourbon wafting in and out. Coffee seems largely gone, but vanilla makes a cameo. No date on the cap, so vintage is a mystery.
