The code reads 2009 but the cork reads 2005 Either way, this is pretty awesome! Intensely acidic with a deep complexity behind it. Sharp white wine and vinegar acidity, coupled with notes of verdant and underripe lemon. Tart cherry and orchard fruit. Dry

Wow, just WOW. Sour but enough malt sweetness to not make it too puckery. Very nice!

Figured it would be more carbed by now, still mostly still. Tough to argue the flavor, appreciate these much more than I used to. 4.35
