Ljuvlig bärsmak. Vinös med snygg syra. Cantillon på fat är 17 i mig grymt. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Sulfur initially but open up to a beautiful lambic forward fruitiness. Beautiful grape

Fruity (cherry (3/4)/cherry skin (3)/red grapes (3/4)/grape skin (3)), wood, vinous (red wine - light/medium - medium) and vinegar (medium/strong (balsamico)) mix, light/medium - medium acidic kick, light/medium sourness

Presents a ruby red colour and almost completely still with no head. It’s light and effervescent in the mouth with deep berry flavour. It’s sweeter than expected on the front palate but has a dry finish reminiscent of wine. Outstanding.

Very dry and surprisingly subtle. More grape juice than wine. Tart notes are pretty subtle for style

Previous experiences with cantillon were not that great but this is beautiful. Very well balanced and subtle sour dry red wine grapes
