Another delicious local beauty. A very tart Lambic with a vinous taste. The finish is dry and sour.

Belle couleur dorée. Pas de bulles, plate. Bonne odeur de ferme. Aucune amertume. Acidité maîtrisée juste comme il faut.

Great initial acidity. Parmesan and green apples coming through.

Lightly sour. Good apple/Parmesan funk. Unique but Would benefit from carbonation. Not as special as I hoped for.
