Absolutely divine, absolutely delicious. I usually come to this bar for American beers but I just had to order this one. This Lambic has an incredibly fruity cherry taste without excessive sweetness. It finishes off with a mellow sour aftertaste.

Hallo Ich Bin Berliner Weisse Blueberry Nilens
A decent Berliner Weisse but I have the feeling Mikkeller is starting to skim on ingredients. A light and smooth sour with a raspberry and blueberry taste and mellow yoghurty sour finish. A fruitier would be appreciated though.

A sweet but delicious stout, it was served at the perfect temperature... So I should definitely come back to this bar. The taste resembles a fancy upgraded dark chocolate ROM. Some dry fruit notes as well. The finish is warming, still sweet and roasty.

This triple has a pure winter flavour. A strong beer with a rich malty flavour containing plenty of winter spices like cinnamon and clove but some coriander too. The finish is smooth and sweet with the spices lingering on the palate.

Very suitable winter beer. A dark brown ale with the taste of a strong coffee and subtle caramelly sweetness. The finish is roasty like a good dark chocolate. The taste of roasted hazelnuts lingers in the palate.

I expected something roasty, but not bad at all. A slightly fruity and very bready beer, it has that burnt bread crust taste in particular. Some sweetness of burnt caramel as well The finish is hoppy in an earthy way, but also a little bit liquorice like

Probably the strongest "Lambiek" I've had in my life, that's when you know when foreigners brewed it. A sour raspberry delight with an outspoken woody barrel aged flavour. The finish is still sour and quite dry. My stomach is suffering though...

Damn, this is indeed a bitter beer. A strong triple IPA with a sweet fruity taste at first followed by a dry and an incredibly bitter yellow grapefruit finish.

This is a dark chocolate delight with a boozy bourbon elements. It reminds of those liquor filled pralines you can get at Leonidas. The finish is bitter and peaty.

This scotch ale reminds of a stout. A very malty beer with a dark and somewhat cerealy taste. The finish is roasty and bitter with dark chocolate notes. Although I really like this brew, it lacks peatiness for a scotch ale.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) Nilens
Founders might have been acquired by a conglomerate but the beers still taste tasty. I am getting the clove and cinnamon vibes of the spiced coffee my mate Michael R. Makes. Super delicious stout, thin but full of flavour and makes a great dessert.

Hmmm... I'm definitely liking this KBS and I am not even a fan of hazelnuts. Im getting a well-bodied stout with both a coffee and chocolate aspect to it. Overall roasty and robust with hazelnut and vanilla hints, just as I like it.

Hmm... Not sure what to think about it. An IPA with the taste of sweet rye bread quite frankly. The finish is bitter and hoppy. It's not bad but not great either.

A light and citrusy pale ale. It comes with a biscuity backbone and a dry aromatic hoppy finish. This would be great in the summer.

Mas Agave Prickly Pear (2021) Nilens
Very sweet, but it is a cactus fruit bonanza! Cactus fruit in Europe usually doesn't have that much flavour, so the sweetness really hits me. Overall tart with sour and salty finish. I'm also getting some hints of tequila.

Oude Geuze Goût Américain Nilens
Not bad, not bad at all! A tasty Geuze with a sour fruity taste ranging from apricot to Granny Smith albeit not very outspoken. The finish is dry and tart with a very funky woody character.

Wow it seems like I've been the only one who hadn't drunk this one yet. A stout which starts off grainy and sweet. Good chocolate and coffee backbone. The finish is quite bitter, but the hopiness does overshadow the roastiness.

A bitter barleywine. Mellow and semi sweet malty taste. Finish of old hops yet with a sharp bitterness. The bitterness get more accentuated as it warms up, interesting. Oh so boozy 😅

Damn, I'm downing this 😅 Very tasty TIPA! It has a great tropical taste with a lush pineapple sweetness and coconut notes (no Sabro though and not tasting like a piña colada either). The finish is warming, hoppy and moderately bitter. Not bad for a NEIPA

I forked out so much for this beer in Poland. My untappd entourage tricked me, or I might be dealing with a poor batch. A malty and metallic brew with an old hop taste (and smell). I am not really getting a coffee vibes but it does have a roasty finish.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2019) Nilens
Damn, that is some intense raspberry. Super sour taste followed by super salivating raspberry juiciness which finishes off dry, even astringent I'd say.

Your hallmark Geuze. Sour to the core with fruity hints reminiscent of apricot. The finish is still sour, also dry and notably funky.

I'm not a fan of this TIPA. It is very resinous and soapy. This old hop juice doesn't feel like a ten percent at all. The finish is smooth.

A very tasty Berliner Weisse, I'm loving the fruit content. It has an intense blackcurrant and raspberry flavour and with a very sour finish possessing minerally notes.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Nilens
Wow, this beer even tastes better than the last time I had it. Rich chocolate fudge enrobed with a marvelous layer of delightful maple syrup. The finish is roasty like a good coffee, quite warming and so so smooth. Please give me more! (26/10/20)

This beauty is not as acidic as most Geuzes from Boon but delicious nonetheless. It is a spritzy and sour brew with elderflower notes. The finish is funky, oaky and vinous.

Another expired beer I'm having, but it's a Tripel so not too much to worry about. A sweet and well spiced tripel with a fruity banana flavour. It comes with a smooth and warming coriander finish.

This is an alcoholic Ribena in a can. A sweet brew (melomel duh) with a distinctive natural blackcurrant flavour and very sour finish. The sourness might be attacking your stomach, you're warned!

A fruity and quite thick IPA. I can sense the NEIPA style. It is grapefruity and oaty but it is just a bit too malty and too sweet to my liking.

What a cute can design! I don't know what stuff Mikkeller is on, but this beer is genuinely nasty. I've never drank anything so meaty as this brew. I'm getting Belgian meatloaf with a touch of pâté. The finish is sour. Your dog will adore this one 🐶🐕🐩

Was, I have the feeling that Americans really know how to make tasty Märzen 😋 It has that typical lager taste but the beer is so full! Besides the full body, this Märzen has a caramelly and fruity taste as well with a dry and somewhat clean finish.

Raspberry lemonade! Not bad at all, but you can't call it beer. It's like the hops totally disappeared. Don't get me wrong, it is not terrible at all but this is definitely my least favourite Limbo due to the lack of resemblance to beer.

Delicious classic! Just had the opportunity to also try the non-carbonated version straight from the barrel thanks to a friend who's the brewmaster at Cantillon. This fresh bottle has a great sour taste with notes of apple and a funky finish. #MerciCoCo

A lovely lovely Kriek, this Kriek is by far my favourite and most likely will remain my favourite. A good sour cherry taste with a smooth but yet funky finish. Of what I can remember, it is not as funky as the 2016 bottle; delicious nonetheless! ❤️🍒

A great Geuze, I was very happy to find a 2017 bottle full of dust in the supermarket. It has a lovely sour apricot taste. The finish is the greatest part of this brew, tannoid and hella funky.

Moriau Oude Geuze Vieille Nilens
Ça sent vraiment les vieilles chaussettes. A tart beer with a very fermented sour apple taste, but cider has nothing on this baby. The finish is dry, funky yet crispy (It rhymes, I meant to say crisp 😛). Brussels Champagne indeed. Pair it with a dubey.

This taste like a knock off version of Pécheresse. It tastes like peaches and it is incredibly sweet, it would make a good peach lemonade. The finish slightly acidic and still sweet.

Beautiful breakfast stout, although I'm biased as a maple syrup fan. Already the smell of this brew is incredibly enticing. It has a great coffee taste with a fudge and maple sweetness. The finish is smooth and toasty. Greatly improves as it warms up 🔥

This can is sick, a very tasty porter. A strong porter with the sweetened taste of dry fruits, raisins in particular. It delivers a beautifully smooth roasty aftertaste. This pairs impeccably well with my dubey 😅

This is a lovely light IPA. It has a very bitter grapefruits taste with tropical undertones. The finish is dry and very hoppy. It pairs well with spicy Indian dishes.

After all these years this beer is still truly delicious. A splendid Lambic with an extraordinary sour and fruity prune taste to it. The finish is remarkably dry and even more sour. Do note that this beer will give the stomach a run for your money ❤️🤣

Oh my, I tried the Nath before but this one is even better than the last one. This incredibly dry brew has a very sour and notable rhubarb flavour with a super super sour finish. This beer is saliva for days!

Zwanze 2020 - Brettrave Nilens
This is a very interesting beer! It's a genuine sour beer which at first reminded me of hibiscus. As I started to indulge in to the beer a bit more I could really taste the beetroot with its subtle sweetness. The aftertaste is tremendously sour!

Hmmm... A great strong brown ale which doesn't feel strong at all. It has a lovely intense strong roasty coffee taste with a very bitter dark chocolate and nutty finish. The best element of this beer is that it isn't sweet, I want more of it!

This is a great stout. It is very caramelly and it tastes like a banging espresso with cane sugar. The aftertaste seriously resembles a very roasty mochaccino. Delish!

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Nilens
Hmm this beer smells so fudging good! Nice roasty aromas of caramel and vanilla. It tastes like maple syrup pancakes and dark chocolate with devine notes of bourbon and vanilla in the finish. The aftertaste is very roasty too, like a good espresso.
