The aroma is elderflowers, apricot, and maybe grapefruit. The flavor is fruity and somewhat tart and sweet. I can taste apricot, lemon, grapefruit, white grapes and elderflowers. It has a soft consistency and soft flavor.

Funky feet! Straight up lemongrass farmhouse. Just slightly tart. Delicious!

Impressively floral/tart and very refreshing, making one forget that winter has come. Sourness lingers for a long time in the aftertaste. Thanks Levente S.

Still my favorite Cantillon! Impressive depth, roundness, and balance. Moderate acidity. Leathery, yeasty, oakey, floral, earthy and nutty flavors leading to a delicate, lingering, tannic, dry & peppery finish. Strong vinous vibe! Soooo good! 🤤
