For sure get some Elderflower in it. Salted lemon fruit and rind, the Elderflower and rind give it a bit of bitterness making it a bit more unique. Really well balanced sour, tartness 7/10.

Reserving a rating because this beer just isn’t for me. I’ve tried a few bottles now and the elderflower always comes across like jalapeño. Almost earthy? I love Cantillon but can’t get into this one.

Not sure I’m getting any elderflower. I’m also not sure I know what elderflower tastes like either. So.....🤷♂️

Totally got the jalapeño vibes on this that I got at Cantillon. Sounds weird, but I really dig it. The last freshie I had didn't have it. Loon Balloon share

An unexpected find on Mendocino camping trip. Medium funk, gentle sweetness, floral nose from the elderflowers, minimal tartness. Really stellar.

A nose that hints at a tart flavor. A funk of wet straw and a little leather all yours together with sweet flowers. A crisp lactic tart that is not too pungent a soft honey like sweetness and floral taste

An interesting blend of earthy botanical effervescent fruit wildings. This beer is interesting refreshing, tart and enjoyably enchanting with a sprinkle of flower Chips.

Ah, saved from Belgium and here to celebrate full vaccination in my family. So good, funky as a ohio players song. Bruno mars would write a song about it. As funky as a cole medina

2019 probably. A little more acidic and less funky than I would expect from Cantillon. Almost briney orangey and slightly floral
