That's still lovely. Acidic, tart, a little sweet. Funky musty cantillon notes, dry. Rhubarb has definitely faded, but this still has a really nice balance.

Taste big funk, barnyard funk with tart rhubarb, generic fruity with bright acidic gritty, little grassy thing with juicy Cantillon funk and tart acidity,

Has wonderful floral flavors and aroma with good lambic sour fruit and oak notes. Very smooth

Dry and oaky lambic. Tart summer berries and rhubarb. Lovely! Beautiful pinkish colour 💕

Pienthusiast-hana oli vapautunut suurelle yleisöllekin, mutta vielä oli kuulemma puoli kegiä jäljellä. En ole mikään lambicin ylin ystävä, mutta raparperisena ehkä juotavimmasta päästä. Vähän tunkkainen suutuntuma, mutta silti ihan miellyttävä.
