First Cantillon I’ve had that I really don’t care for. Nice aroma but the peppery aftertaste just doesn’t work for me.

Normally like but not love this beer but this aged very nicely. Floral without that vegetal pepper flavor. Funky and sharp.

Cork jumped out of the bottle on this one. Some green pepper/grassy tasting notes, but overall really nice light and clean flavors. Fun bottle

Spectacular! Looking forward to having more! Complemented the Maryland crabs perfectly and stood up to the spice
