Cork was black and in pieces pretty quickly. 2007 was better the other day. This is a little vinger-ey

산미가 앞에 좀 튀기는 하는데 잠깐이고 그 뒤로 되게 복숭아 요거티한 느낌이 진함. 가죽냄새도 은은하게 나서 향이 질리지도 않음. 맛이맛이 산미가 살짝 튀어서 아쉽다. 근데 그래도 존맛.

#TBT: my favorite gueuze/vintage of all time. Frank used to crack this and the ‘94 on the regular. Oak, peach, basement, horseblanket, vanilla, lemon, cedar, and airborne lactic bacteria, clove, and yeast funk. Medium to strong acidity. Perfection 🙏🏻
