Not sure of year. Not a super clear recollection of this. Similarities to Brabantiae but a little brighter, younger tasting and more and barrel influenced to me.

Flanders #4: Taking it up a notch in the ABV, there’s a more sweet aroma which follows through in the body delicately. Peachy, yet reinforced with barrel, funkiness, and a well-balanced tarty roundness. Gloriously light.

Nez: Acidité, foin Goût: Acidité légère, doux, un peu de pomme ?, céréales, c'est parfaitement dosé et équilibré !

Hell yeah. Subdued funk. Perfect sweetness, but I don't get any cognac barrel. That is the only reason it's not a 5/5

Sticky sweetness of the cognac barrel merged with refined lambic. Taste better at home, than in the brewery.

Cognac aroma. A bit of barrel flavor. Warm, sweet, tart. Finish lingers more than other beers we tried.

Rich barrel oaks with strong lemon acidity. Dark fruits show up late. Thanks Mark!
