Lambic vieilli 6 ans en tonneau - Assez liquoreux en bouche, attaque proche d’un barley wine, vin cuit, confir, très porté sur la noix, sèche, en fin de gorgée. Surprenant mais agréable

Super heavily flavored beer. Figs for days, some plum and raisons, and a bit of anise. Very cool but a sipper for sure

Barrel aged for 6 years and bottled in 2019. Heavy and complex, lots of wood in with the spice, sweet and tart.

The sherry description of the brewery isn't too far off. Love the fruitiness and wine like tones. Aftertones remind me of the whiskywharehouse smell

Sour cherry, chocolate, red wine grapes, funk, thick, fortified wine esque. Big wine stained oak.

Wow - very interesting. Very complex flavors ranging from Mild tartness to Brett character to mild roast to some melanoidin like notes. Medium+ body.

Nauwelijks koolzuur, zuurtje, zoet, rood fruit, wat notig, sherry en madera achtige tonen. Bijzonder.

Quite interesting. Vinous, like a fortified wine. Has the sourness you would expect from Cantillon. Reminds me very much of a tawny port with age.
