EB from last Friday. Tasted blind and paired with fried bread, anchovy, lemon and herbs. Cheesy funky and delicious with perfectly balanced acidity. Also one of the best lambic pairings I’ve ever had!

Bottled 9 (or 6?, label was blurry) March 2016. I have tasted Iris a couple of times and it was fresh.This bottle is very different from what I remembered about this beer, but in a great way..Lots of funk, cheese and hops. Amazing foam for an 8yo beer!

Аромат: мёд. Вкус: йод, сладость, умерший хмель. 8 лет Iris нет смысла выдерживать. Четырехлетним понравился больше

Torr, spec i eftersmak. Bitter men på bra sätt. Bitter lambic typ så. Syrligt men ej som Cantillons öl brukar vara.

Nice, slightly oxidised character. Sherry, floral, peppery hop touch, apricot, wooden cellar, aged hops. Has a bitter hop bite to it. Otherwise medium / lightly sour. Nice, but I prefer 3F when it comes to non-fruited lambic.
