Sympathique, bien fruité. Un souvenir d'un chouille meilleur sur 2017 et 2018. Toujours hyper équilibré. Beau classique bruxellois. La base comme on dirait.

Au nez, Cantillon Gueuze classique (fermier, poussiéreuse, boisée) avec une touche verte et des fruits tropicaux. En bouche, fermier, foin, boisé, rhubarbe ressort bien avec un côté fruits tropicaux. Texture soyeuse et finale très longue fruité complexe

C'est vraiment bon, meilleur que dans mes souvenirs. Je pense aussi que c'est meilleur après un an, et que ce le sera encore plus dans 3-4 ans. Beau côté sucré et fruité. Sèche, bien effervescente.

The most expensive 5 ounces of beer I’ve ever had. Tartness shows itself and then pulls back. Finishes light and crisp with subtle acid.
