3yo. Dundrande, syltig, fruktighet, sommarvarma hallon. Röd fruktig funk. Rejält bett av syra, oklart om denna vuxit pga åldern. Jag kan älska gammal RDG, men här saknades i kryddighet och smörighet.

June 5 2018 bottle. Rough vintage so far, it’s 3 years in and just starting to loosen up a bit. Still very sharp, with katsupy vinegar notes, and heavy seed. Age will round this out some or take it super acidic, either way I don’t see it improving much.

New house move-in celebratory beer. Gosh, this is probably the perfect age. I would welcome any challenger samples though! Such great execution and the raspberry sharpness has mellowed but the flavor is still prominent.

Thank yew Ryan C. ! Veering towards an acidic finish, and I feel the beginnings of heartburn. Tasty, but I've had better-balanced beers from Cantillon.
