Beer 3198 - full & dry. Quite tart. Medium sourness. Steady number.

Fruity. Tart. A bit of funk. Quite carbonated but contained.

Funky full cherry cordial aroma. Flavors follow fresh and vinous. Medium tart, sweet and body. Lingering, overripe cherry finish. Perfect balance with superb drinkability.

Starting to get some vinegar hints. Probably should have stored better. My fault. Still fuckable.

Bottled 27 November 2019. Cork bubbled and then came out on its own. Deep red, high carbonation. Heavy cherry smell. Taste is nicely dry sour, with loads of sour cherries and their pits present. Some oakyness, not much funk. Classic and refreshing.

A little off in some way, but other than that is had all the usual qualities.
