Damn, this aged nicely. Out of the gate, I remember being less than impressed after how good 2014 was. 6 years on, it’s somehow more juicy and the acidity has mostly overtaken the funk. 8/10 acidity, pushing too much, but went well the Turkey.

Just your casual weekday lambic. Good, but not amazing. Nose is nice, but a lot of bleach and sharp acidity on the palate. .

Zure unit. Maar wel relaxed zuur. Niet té en niet laf. Tevens voor mij niet speciaal. Beetje (onrijp) fruit.

Naast de 2020. Eerst verkies ik de '20, daarna de '15. Iets zachter dan de 2020. Geur is zalig alleszins. Over de smaak valt te twisten, maar overall hele goeie Lambiek!!!

Stelt teleur in de geur ma waw in de smaak. Smaakt naar gedroogde abrikozen, veel gebalanceerder zuur, lekkere zoetigeheid, zo intense abrikoos. Gewoon wow. Nooit gepeist

Wow! Ingedikte, zoete abrikoos. Rozijnen, beetje hout, veel voller dan de 2020. Ongelofelijk complex , de zuren spelen 2e viool. Yes!

Albicocche leggermente assopite dagli anni ma inconfondibili. Funky e botte escono alla grande, sono felice di aver aspettato così a lungo prima di aprirla.

My first Cantillon- good carbonation and mild barnyard funk. Not too familiar with apricots on their own, but the fruit was balanced so well with the oaky base itself. Extremely beautiful

Apricot is surprisingly still dominant, both jammy fruit and skin. Such grear fruit complexity. Perfect carbonation. Sour but fairly balanced actually. A bit of rubber is the only drawback. Intense but fantastic. Nearly perfect.
