With Van Roy Senior signature. Super tart. Super funk. Salty curd with apricot jam. Dry and mineral.

After five years nothing has not changed. Good memories will always be with me. It is a very well balanced and lively blend. Less acidic than 2017 version if the Fou Foune. Lots of yellow stone fruits.

This us packed with overripe apricot flavor. Rather mild pithy funk and a reasonable level of acidity. Surprised how it still tastes so bright after this much time

Fantastic, not too acidic and still so much round apricot flavor.
