At first quite vinegar, but faded out a bit and got more like white grapes, Brett funk, can’t quite get past how much vinegar and Brett it has probably a longer aging could have helped. But I’m a cantillon nube

Well balanced. Not that sour and little carbonation. Easy drinkable.

Golden clear lambic. Sour tart nose. Light tart take. Vinous body with an sour apple influence. Quite acidic. Fading fast but very pleasant flavour while it lasts

Ganska torr med härlig men blygsam funk. Ganska fruktig. Tydliga ketoner. Knappt någon kolsyra alls men den är ju 5 år gammal så det kanske har med det att göra.

Great unblended gueuze - wikipedia said there liquor in it but maybe not this vintage. Excellent From last night's Cantilion tasting at The Jeffrey.
