Bruocsella 1900 Grand Cru (2018)

Lambic - Traditional

The Lambic Grand Cru Cantillon is like a cereals-based wine. It is a Lambic that has matured for three years in oak-wood casks and had been selected for its unique colour, bouquet, and aroma. It has a very long shelf life. It shoukd be served in a wine glass at a temperature of 12-15 degrees C. Store in a cool cellar. Beer with taste evolution. To be drunk preferably within 20 years after the bottling date.

Sweet Lu 3410

Sweet sesame seed and cheese funky hint of tart nose on this one! Taste follows with a beautiful and balanced slighty tart fruity finish. Outstanding!

Valentines Day bottling. Wow, will need to seek out more of this date. Big classic musty Cantillon funk, perfect finish. Not too lemony or grapefruity as GCB can sometimes be. Pretty sure Philip C. hooked me up with this a few years ago. Thanks! 4.6

Nice stuff, as expected. Funky cheese with a hint of fruitiness. Very cool seeing this here.
