Vanilla and blueberries on the nose. Raspberry and blueberries on the pallet. Dry finish.

Fresh bottle. Love the vanilla and berry combo. That touch of vanilla really mellows the acidity. Fruit goodness and what looked like new corks for Cantillon.

Herlig, sukkertøyaktig duft av bringebær&vanilje, m/en litt ubestemmelig finish av blåbær. Velbalansert smak som duft, ikke det syltetøy etter tannpuss-aktige inntrykket jeg fikk sist gang, selv om blåbærene kanskje kan minne om minttannkrem. 5.5% T240620

Ruby red with a pinkish tint. A lovely bouquet of raspberries. Poured from a tap so there was a subtle level of carbonation which added a refreshing element. A lot of Brett character that melded with the raspberries and added balance and complexity.

juicy fresh raspberries, little bit of more earthy blueberries, then a quite prominent creamy yoghurty vanilla finish! Little bit of strawberry. The funk takes a background to the fruit and vanilla but still there with an oakey farmyard sherbet vibe
