C'est probablement la meilleure bière que j'ai eu l'occasion de boire. La balance est absolument parfaite, entre l'acidité du lambic, les fruits rouges et cette vanille pour la rondeur. C'est long en bouche, c'est fin, c'est tout simplement divin.

I know that 5 is not really even enough, I haven’t cried over a beer in years!! I’m so thankful that I was able to have two glasses! This brasserie is the finest in the lands, I can’t wait to get there to spend days on end inside drinking my fill.

Awesome. Had last year’s version on draft a couple of times, and I don’t remember the vanilla coming through as strongly as it does here. Raspberry and vanilla are dominant but there’s just a bit of blueberry too. Lightly funky with a tart berry acidity

Bästa ölen 2020! Vaniljen och blåbären lirar så jävla bra med hallonen och syran. Tydlig sötma. Perfekt avvägd!

Oh my god. New batch is fantastic. Vanilla is a bit light, but it's a hugely creamy bottle and the blueberry is surprisingly prominent. Mixed berry yogurt against a Cantillon backbone.

80% Lou Pepe Framboise, 20% blueberry lambic with vanilla. Doesn’t get much better. Zwanze 2016 all over again.

24/6/20 bottle date. Really unlike any other fruited lambic I've had. Lovely bright berries fill the aroma. Plenty of razz, acidity seems rounded down by the blueberry creating excellent balance. Becomes thicker as it opens, attributable to the vanilla?

Lci. Mooiste fles uit mijn verzameling maar eens opengemaakt om te vieren dat ik binnen 3 weken na afstuderen een mooie baan heb ggevonden Het bier is zelf super mooi in balans en super rond. Licht zurig van het fruit met de zoete vanille toets

Friggin next level. Funk and blueberry with a fantastic vanilla flavor. I was skeptical of how this would live up to the hype or how these flavors would come together, but this is perfect.

Smells like funky town, but there is surprisingly little of it on the taste. Great raspberry and blueberry. Vanilla works surprisingly well.

Syrligt, hallon, blåbär, vanilj, drottningsylt. Kexig maltighet, lite mandel, djup syra. Saknar väl lite funk kanske, men helt sinnessjukt gott!
