Absolutely stunning beer. Iris always surprises. Floral, hoppy character, which makes mouth to water. Great balance and taste. Lovely.

C est d un équilibre fou. Frais, Très floral et herbacé, menthe. Suret, boisé, funky light,touche épicé. le tout en parfait accord. Vraiment un beau titre.

High end of sour, plenty of funk. Long lemon acidic flavour with light oak and medium bitter finish.

Balanced funk and mineral up front. Light lemon on the tip of my tongue, oak, floral and a bit of mint. Medium bitter finish. Complex and delicious.
