well brews do be more enjoyable in good company. Finally getting around to Iris; it is quite dry, just perfectly bitter, bright for lack of a better word

Hyper parfumée, rose, orange, savon artisanal à l'orange. Zeste, lime, noix. Nez plus sur un certain côté vinaigré.

Très florale pour moi. Trop fleur d’oranger. La 2003 me plaisait beaucoup plus.
