St Lamvinus (2020)

Lambic - Fruit

Symbol of the union of two cultures, the Saint-Lamvinus is the result of a harmonious blending of merlot grapes and lambics that have macerate for long months. Natural second fermentation in bottle. Beer is a taste evolution. Store and serve at cellar temperature 12-15°C/55-60°F.

Leo F.

Smooth and minimally sour. Lots more funk than previous years. Fruit hits up front, then funky cheese, ends with a bit of grass.

J'adore cette bière. Le merlot est superbe. Fermière, tannique et fruité

Potentially frozen on the way to me. Very jammy and grape forward, almost a welch's mimosa but a bit low carb
