Lambic doesn’t do it for me so i don’t get the appeal. Let my fruit taste like fruit and my beer taste like beer.

Syrlig og sur, fruktighet tidlig, men rabarbraen kommer sent og langt bak. Nydelig balanse og veldig frisk.

Stunning stuff. Lovely pink hue. Earthy rhubarb and funk on the nose up front. Aroma of the fruit is huge. Even cold. Flavours of rhubarb then blend perfectly with the sharpness and pith in the gueuze. Finishes dry with a kick.
