Pours foggy, deep papaya mash hued. The scent is sour juicy: rhubarb, winter apple, a little pinch of green grape. The tongue loves the sour slam of rhubarb juice, escorted by very sour apple, pear, gooseberry, orange zest, wheat malt and shy wild yeast.
