Grata sorpresa en bar Rubí. Amargor muy bien integrado de principio a fin hasta retrogusto. Ligera intensa toque ácido inicial muy tenue refrescante afrutada. Recuerda ligeramente a vino blanco. Toque de madera en el amargor... El tiempo le sienta bien

Balanced sourness and tartness. Good amount of oakiness. Earthy. Dry, apple cider-like flavors. Somewhat musty. Well balaced gueuze. Love it!
