I finally over aged a lambic. Fruit is almost gone, balance is off. I was curious how long it would take for a small bottle.

Untappd is still sputtering. It appears there are 0 friends and 0 recognized check-ins (while trying to dance past the dysfunctionality and check in to distinct check-in no. 9000). Cheers if any friends have more functional versions of this app right now.

Thanks to Gru owners and my hosts for two nights, this was my first Cantillon on Zwanze Day this year, enjoyed with them on their terrace. Damn right it was a good day.🥰🍾

On tire trop sur le vin, j’ai vraiment pas trop apprécié. 🍷🥴 La 2019 est bien plus fruitée et agréable !

This developed some strong funk, more than typical by quite a bit. Strong barnyard/feet with a little sulfer that overwhelms the fruit & acidity. Was a bottle from a trade, prob not stored the best before I got my hands on it. Bummer.
