Haven't had this beer in a minute. Similar flavor profile as when fresh (chocolate, roast, light smoke and spice) but more subdued with age.

Blåbær Lambik (Blueberry Lambic) (2021) Chase
Farmhouse and toe jam funk meet yogurt on the nose. Blueberry on the palate with a deeper sweet note that brings to mind sweet cherry more than blueberry. Different from any other Cantillon I've tried. A treat to try, thanks N.

In comparison to the fruit skin on the nose of West Ashley Cuvee, Fou is lightly floral cheese funk. Good head retention. Candied fruit seeps seamlessly into and perfumes the whole beer. IMHO there is one winner to Battle Apricot, but you should try...

An abundance of fruit at this young age, to the point of sweet and sour candy. Delicious all the same but would be excellent to try another year or two down the road, should I be so fortunate as to come across this again. November 2020.
