I probably have a freasher nose today. I get sligh dried apricot and leather on the nose. Oily feel. Flat. Really nice

Awesome, 5 years old straight lambic, single barrel. Lot of white tea for me, also beeswax, lot of oak, lemon, funk, ... lot of depth and keeps evolving in the glass with almond, leather, sesame and so on
