Bought this in Como last year, my first Iris. Lovely lemon sourness with a prominent bitterness on the finish from the hops. Pretty sublime.

This is such a great n unusual Cantillon. Notes of lemon, grapefruit pith n funk on the nose. Nose is reflected well in the palette along with waves of peppery spiciness, white grapes, delicate noble hops along with a nice caress from the barrels. 4.35 💥

Iris is kind of my least favourite Cantillon. It always seems like something else, and not entirely attractive.

I always struggle with Iris. It's good but outside GCB, my least favorite. Though I've had some older bottles that were phenomenal.
