Bartender kindly told me they’ve another new keg on of this cantillon. I’m being spoilt with nice lambics. This is a nice fresh on fairly tart, tasty honey and white grape flavoured lambic. C’est Bon!

Toffe fles, goed fruitig, echt apart die honing bes. Specifiek zuurtje/bittertje. Weinig Cantillon funk, maar genoeg om het een Lambik te maken.

Was expecting this to be mouth puckering, but I didnt think it was bad. Nicely tart, with heaps of honeysuckle, honey and grapes. Good balance of sweet, sour and tanins. Will be interesting to let this develop some funk and let the tannins mellow down.

soooww één van de eerste geuzes die ik incheck maar wel een pareltje, expert FlipperMcWhipper schotelt er eentje voor die perfect aansluit bij mijn smaak: lichtzuur, licht fruitig, duidelijke toetsen van bessen en barrel-aged afdronk

Lovely blend of slightly sweet/tart Haskap berries and good lambic; blood red in color. Flavors of raspberry with hints of blueberry, but different than both. Also probably the first beer I’ve had in Italy that wasn’t served in a dirty glass.

Ni som har följt mig i mer än en timme vet att jag lovade att bara dricka lokalt men nu bryter jag det. När Cantillon finns på tapp måste man ta det och det är lika bra var i världen man än är. Sjukt fruktig, drar åt blåbär och har kraftig fruktighet 🍻
