4.35 very sour. I think I have palate fatigue at this point so maybe not the best judge of taste. Glad to have this at Moeder Lambic so I can save my 2017 bottle at home a while longer

More sour and less fruit than the best Fou but still delicious with that classic Cantillon funk.

4.35. Still apricot but low. Interesting to explore 5-year Foufoune.

It’s a funky taste for sure. Not that it’s bad, but it’s funky.

Gift from former Falling Rock owner, whom I love and miss. An indescribable beer; fantastic and with some fruit heft from the apricot. A total experience. Five years old. They serve this in Heaven.

Losing the floral notes, muted, but shining still.

Beer 4527 - first 2017. Aged well. Softer & fruiter. Sourness mellowed. Really enjoyed. Thank you Roberto R. 👍

Nosing apricot, wet sidewalk & paint thinner. Tart & effervescent. Tasting sour warhead candy tartness, sweet apricot stone fruit notes, wildflower honey, dry oaky tannins, funk, minerals, balsamic vinegar, rubber & hints of Gorgonzola cheese. World-class
