Sympa mais vraiment différente d’une Fou récente. Beaucoup moins d’abricot, côté plus salin et acide. Mais en même temps vachement sympa. Ça dépend ce que l’on recherche !

Happy Zwanze day! Honestly, toss up between this and Westly for best apricot expression. Westly captured more of the fruit, but this has more complexity and depth

This was really good. It lacks the typical apricot forwardness. Some honey and oak.

Nez qui pète l'abricot, très rond. En bouche l'acidité prend le dessus, abricot et funk en léger retrait mais toujours bien équilibré -par contre, c'est plus rond du tout. Finale douce, sur l'abricot. Très agréable, acidité peut-être trop marquée (au tap)
