Very dry and tart. I wouldn't say sour though. A bit fruity, but not as heavy as some.

This is from 2017 and it still tastes amazing. Damn good. It still has a fruity side, the blueberry flavour is still there.

Nice and light fruit beer! Woo! First one from my April ABX beer subscription. Making late night minestrone soup and watching P&R. Yup, another fancy pants pandemic night in. 😜👍

Tips out like a light red wine. Blueberry present on the nose along with yet more vinous qualities. Effervescent with a dry finish.

Pours burgundy with a tall lavender head. Nose is blueberry, sour, and very (and roughly) funky. Here at jammy blueberry on the tongue, along with rough Brettlike funk followed by a huge bitterness. And woody. Not at all the sour quality of other Spontans

Definitely sharp and tart with lots of blueberry flavour. Growler fill so might try and blend with some other beers

I love a good lambic but this one had a funky aftertaste that ruined it for me. I'll try it again sometime to see if I just got a bad bottle.

Oldish bottle, not really acidy at all, so much berry depth. The Penta version of this is The Best Beer of All Time and am pleased to report this tastes like a dialled back variant. 💜
