Unfortunately there was quite heavy oxidation, but I believe it could be pretty decent and interesting beer.

Kupiłem je za jakąś gówno kasę na promce na Smaku piwa 😁 Piwa już po terminie. W pierwszym kontakcie wersja szampańska wydawała mi się słabsza, ale ostatecznie oceniłbym ją wyżej. Jest troszkę kwasniejsza, dziksza i więcej się w niej dzieje.

Helaas, niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Erg zuur en enorm veel schuim, zeker naar het einde van de fles toe wanneer er veel gist meekomt..

Mat amberkleurig. Ruikt licht zurig/wijn. Rood fruit. Smaakt zurig, fris fruitig. Echt wijn, champagne smaak.

Bijzonder! Wel echt typisch champagne. Mousserend mondgevoel met veel smaak van eiken. Beetje wrange afdronk.

#ZoomBeer Super dry, maybe gone too far. The barrels come through, and Nelson aroma. Interesting. Maybe not pleasant anymore & should have had earlier.

Neobična kombinacija okusa i mirisa di nelson nije nužno prepoznatljiv van nekog prezrelog ličija koji može biti i ester navodnog saison kvasca. Bombonasto malo, živahno ali i umrtvljeno u isto vrijeme, fali karbonizacije mislim da to digne, jbg.

Orange-cooper and clear. Aromas of wet oak, fenchol, balsamic drizzled fruits, noticeable oxidation, mineral notes, soft, light sweet with a touch of raspberry vinegar. Overall it held up nicely but not to be stored for any much longer. Good.

Champagne achtig, met accenten van dadel en rozijn. Niet te vaak drinken haha
