Tart, acidic and dry. Was hoping for more prominent blueberry flavour, but this is still pretty good - there's enough juicy berry flavour to cut through the acidity.

Nice sour blueberry puréed, faint red wine tannin, faint blackberry, light funky wild yeast, sour dark wild berry coulis aroma with a subtle lemony sourness nose and a fruity tart, sharp acidic blackberry, blackberry sourness, lemony, fruity vinous taste.

Plus acide que la double, mais également plus mielleuse avec un fruit généreux. Belle longueur.

Mmm, that's good. Jammy. My first canned Lambic. Surprising that it's canned, given its overwhelming wine vibes. Quite oaky.
