That sweet belgian tripel with sour. Sour isn't strong though, which brings it down a bit

Malty scent with notes of wet wood. Taste... well, it is in balance, however I will definetely forget it tomorrow. Wet wood again, herbs, strong malt, bretts. Quite bitter taste and aftertaste. Seems like very strong tea.

Some yeasts, caramel and alcohol in taste. Overall not very interested.

Forwarding very malty aromas of caramel, nuttiness and dry figs followed by lethery brett funk. Pretty boozy with some residual sweetness and a bitter finish. Ok

Not sure how this is a wild, it’s got no funk and tastes very bready/biscuity.

Pours with a lot of bubbles. Touch of sweetness, the funk is sort of weird in this.

Really smooth. The sour flavors are suppressed enough to draw out the fruity flavors

Definitely an odd one. Woody, earthy, light caramel, herbal bitterness. A touch of Brett that gives it a little bite. Not very exciting but it’s fine

Слегка бельгийский профиль, чуть леденцов и яблочного повидла. Приятная горчинка, пьется легко, немного солодово.
