Facebook mindede mig om, at det er 9 år siden, at jeg fik denne fadøl i CPH. Den skulle vi lige drikke inden maden, men da vi var færdige med maden, kæmpede vi stadig med øllen. Den var virkelig “heavy” 🍻

Bonne balance amertume et rondeur apportée par le double vieillissement en fût (tequila + whisky), même constat que sa petite sœur pour le vieillissement mais moins prononcé, un mélange de sirop et vin cuit. 18.8° aussi, mais plutôt agréable.

[Backlog from Ratebeer] Flavours of roasted malts, coffee, spices, chocolate, licorice, wood and alcohol. Finishes of roasted malt, tequila and some bitterness. Medium body (surprisingly not-full for an 18.8% beer).

Janeladeira a 10ºC. Aroma incrível com torrefação, castanhas, chocolate, caramelo, ameixa seca, baunilha.Leve turfa, tequila e whisky complementam. Já na boca vem uma torra forte, amarga e picante (lembrando fumo de corda) que sufoca os demais sabores.

Dense body, intense aroma of dried fruits and chocolate, palate follows with dark chocolate and the almost aggressive nibble to alcohol reminiscent of Tequila. Wood very present... beer with a lovely complexity!

Vish que pancada. Aroma bem torrado, madeira, defumado, herbal. Sabor cafezao, whiskey, caramelo, tostado, castanha, baunilha, chocolate meio amargor, frutas escuras, amargor medio, alcatrão, pimenta preta com o final rasgando da tequila e lembramcas alco
