Woah. That aroma is massive. Almost too much. Flavour wise the same... It's so so so punchy, sour, shape. Genuinely quite nice fruit flavour, just too much. Way too much.

The Vikings are storming the beaches of my flavour village in the Scottish Highlands. Outstanding balsamic complexity and incredible taste. One for the pool room.

Something nice from the cellar for the inaugural cook. Crazy intense raspberry, acidic tang, big tannins, reminded me of a crazy version of Duchess at points, somehow dries out out, lovely gear.
