Very fucking intense. Quite a bit tannic/astringent. Maybe a wee bit heavy handed on the bergamot

Zingy lemon with a complex funk and sharp acidity throughout. Slightly vinous with drying tannins a tinge of salted orange and a little sour green apple.

Not at all me cup of tea. Sours are an acquired taste and by god this a sour by taste, acidity and beyond bitter taste. Would not drink again.
