Lucka #14 av Mikkellers julkalender. SURSYRLIGDELUXE! Satan vilken syrlig godisbit! Som den suraste godisen x100. Eftersmaken blir väldigt besk, lite sträv och på gränsen till onajs. Sammandragande effekt som låser käkarna. Gillar!

Fruity on the nose("bonbon") and sour in taste, excellent!

Acetic, vinous smell. Beautiful copper hue, almost liquor-like texture. Sharp sourness, funky, green apples, gueuze-like. Then w/ warming, more woody and citrusy tartness. Drying, short finish. Lengthy aftertaste on bergamot bitter peel and floral notes.

Ligner en kriek-øl, men smager meget af citrus (må være bergamotten) Lækker syre og god mundfornemmelse
