Fruity on the nose("bonbon") and sour in taste, excellent!

Acetic, vinous smell. Beautiful copper hue, almost liquor-like texture. Sharp sourness, funky, green apples, gueuze-like. Then w/ warming, more woody and citrusy tartness. Drying, short finish. Lengthy aftertaste on bergamot bitter peel and floral notes.

Aroma of bergamot. Sweet, a little bit of spices. Tart, a little bit dry. Complex flavour with some spices. Peppery.

👀 small rocky bubbles head, dark clear yellow,bit of haze 👃 citrusy, sour, light hint of sweetness maybe from fruit? 👅 very astringent at first quickly replaced by salty and some sweet fruity notes. Light tart aftertaste. I really enjoyed it!

Day 23 Mikkeller: nice fresh and fruity taste. Bergamot is a special taste. But it's really nice.
