Lovely soft fluffy fine moussed oaky white vine. “Pairs with decadent cheese”. Yes. Yes it does indeed. Too small a bottle.

Mikkeller beer club October 1/9. Dry, hints of oak, tart, less sweet than typical gueze, Smells like fermenting wine, beautiful cloudy golden color. Nice variant of Belgian Gueze by adding wine barrels to the aging process.

Geuze uit champagnefoeders. Nooit zo’n fan van champagne, maar dit zit heel degelijk in elkaar. Mooi droog.

Dejlig duft af friske grønne æbler. Dejlig syrlig med en smag af klassisk lambeek.

The cork popped in champagne style from the bottle. Taste is also champagne like and makes this geuze taste sweet.
