Zapach funky, dzikie, marchewka, pomidor, średnio intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, ocet, marchewka, pełne, cytrusy, nie jest tak źle jak ocena mogłaby wskazywać.

Very oxidized with big dusty notes. Not much carrot, if any at all, just a sweet vegetal-ish vibe with some earthiness. Low on lambic touches overall. Not as sour as the other Spontans. Didn't survive the cellaring (or however it was stored...)
