I'm not a fan of sours, but this is a craft beer! Very light and low abv, and the flavor is decent! Somewhat refreshing , cold beer!

2016.10 びあマさんサービスでもらった！ホンチョみたいにすごい酸味。でもどっちかっていうと香りのが酸味かも。飲むとすっきり。のどごし。

Clear yellow colored with a medium sized white head. Light acidic aroma of sourdough. Fruity and light acidic flavor of brett. Acidic finish.

First time trying a Berliner. White vinegar dominant on the nose. A bit of wheat aroma, cittus and light sweet malt. Amazing fluffy head. Def more complex taste than nose. High acidity. Reminds me of white wine that has turned with some malt sweetness. Ok
